Early in her tenure, Debbie traveled across North America in a motorhome, hosting events and meeting agents firsthand—a hands-on strategy that became the foundation for eXp’s global expansion. She now sits on the Board of Trustees for eXp’s nonprofit arm, Extend A Hand.
