4. Payment Terms
Payment for services, courses, or retreats is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise noted. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing or as required by Washington State law. Refund terms for retreats or bundled services will be disclosed at the time of registration.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available through the Website, including course materials, videos, documents, images, and logos, is the property of Debbie Biery Coaching LLC and protected under United States copyright law. You may not reproduce, share, or modify this content without prior written permission.
6. User Conduct

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise in accordance with applicable law. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You and Debbie Biery LLC agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and not as part of a class or representative action.
If any portion of this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining prvisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Revisions to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining prvisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or, if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
